Discovery Land
What is Discovery Land?
Discovery Land is our ministry for children that takes place during our worship services.
Children from 3 years old (must be toilet-trained) to 12 years old (CM2) can experience Discovery Land. It’s a unique learning time for children in an enjoyable environment on the church’s second level.
For smaller children and their parents, we have a small creche available for parents to watch and listen to the service while their little ones play under their supervision.
Tracker Tickets & DL Market
In Discovery Land, children earn Tracker Tickets that they can spend at the DL Market. They can choose something for themselves, their family, or a friend, giving them a fun and practical way to learn about giving, sharing, generosity, and thinking about others.
Through this initiative, we want to help children discover the joy of generosity and encourage them to look beyond themselves and consider how they can bless those around them.
Don’t Forget! Our Discovery Land Market is open on the last Sunday of every month!
Sunday Offering
Each Sunday, children have the opportunity to participate in the offering. More than simply collecting money, this is a chance to teach children the biblical value of giving.
Through the offering, children learn that everything we have comes from God and that we can respond to His goodness by giving back to Him. It helps them develop a heart of gratitude, generosity, and stewardship, while learning that their giving can bless the church, support God’s work, and help those in need.
Even at a young age, we want children to understand that giving is an act of worship and that no gift is too small when it is given with a willing and generous heart.

We suggest dressing your children in comfortable clothing – In Discovery Land, we love to stay active!
If it is your first Sunday in Discovery Land we recommend coming about 10-15 minutes early. When you arrive, please stop at the Discovery Land Welcome Desk to let us know it is your first time! All children need to be registered in our system and parents details collected. Our Discovery Land Welcome team is ready to walk you through check-in and the rest of your morning in Discovery Land.

On Sundays, our Discovery Land Team would be happy to show you around our ministry space before the ministry session starts. However, with safety as a top priority, we limit who is in the Discovery Land facility during our ministry sessions. Parents who would like to have a visitor lanyard to stay with their student during Discovery Land should stop by the DL Welcome Desk or email Discoveryland@aac.church to see if it is a possibility for the date they'd like to attend.

Discovery Land offers Sunday programs for children from 3 years old (must be potty trained) up to 12 years old (CM2).

On the last Sunday of every month, we have our Discovery Land Market. This is a place where our children can spend Tracker Tickets' that they have earnt throughout the month in Discovery Land.
Your child can earn tracker tickets through bringing their Bible, bringing a friend, answering questions during Discovery Land, remembering Bible verses and more
Get Involved

Serving in Discovery Land is fun and rewarding. You will see yourself grow in your own life as you teach children to build their lives on the truth of God’s Word.
